The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
She was rude and overconfident.
