They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they didn't wear any cologne

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
