They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

One of the receptionists is extremely rude. The address and phone number they had on file for me were from years before (even though they've called me on my current number and sent me letters to my current address) and I know for a fact that my information was correct on the sheet the last time I visited in November. The receptionist even continued to argue with me over the phone and tell me that it was my fault that didn't I didn't get my test results because my information was incorrect. I wish i knew her name so I could make sure to avoid her at all costs.
