They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. The office staff was unhelpful, rude, and lied to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE! I canceled my surgery less then 24 hours before because of the lack of trust I had with the practice.
