Dr. D'Angelo is wonderful! He really is a nice and personable doctor. He and his staff know what they are talking about and make your experience enjoyable. His receptionist, Michelle, is an absolute doll! We love hearing her cheerful voice when we call to schedule appointments as well as seeing her during our officw visits. They are a great team! I would recommend them to any one looking for a great new eye doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. D'Angelo for over 20 years. As a matter of fact, I followed him from Boston to Saugus. Due to insurance, I have had, at times, to have have my eyes examines by another provider, but I feel I never got quite the results or service I got from Dr. D'Angelo. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate me as a patient and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses here. I was pleasantly surprised at the very large selection of frames to choose from and am definitely going to recommend others to check them out.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
