Yes, they were immaculate!

Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Their primary concern is my health and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located in downtown Wayland. If you ask them to open the office early, or stay late, most of the time...they will. I know of one elderly patient who Dr. Regan actually visited in her nursing home. Who knew a doctor still did house calls?? Dr. Regan seems 'old school', and with the craziness of world today, it was nice to find a doctor that just 'cared'. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. So I guess if you're looking for an eye doctor who is always on time, and will educate you in a non-demeaning way about what's best for your vision/health...this is the doctor to call.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected Dr. Regan. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
