It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure that I wasn't in any pain during my ear exam. They took great care of me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
