I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
