The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
The doctor is an absolute doll. He takes him time with my daughter, explains things to her and always make her at ease.

Dr Putman is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and my son loves him. He was 3 years old when he had his 1st appointment , Dr.Putman had an immediate relaxing effect on him and spoke to him with respect as his patient, rather than a child. His mannerisms quickly won my son over, and he has trusted him ever since. He is a competent, friendly cardiologist who does not take anything for granted,which helps him to accurately diagnose and treat his patients. He is highly recommended by the community and my family.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
