Dr. McBride will answer phone calls and emails. He is a very fast talking and direct doctor. The front office staff seem nice, the scheduler isn't the friendliest but she is efficient. When they were not able to solve my problems, they were willing to refer me onward. Dr. McBride has taught at Virginia Hospital Center which as hospitals go is an attractive, upbeat place. I would go back to Dr. McBride if I thought he would be willing and able to address my problems. I do not fit the profile for my disease and this can make it difficult to get doctors to take my concerns seriously. I'll write again after my next appointment to let people know how it goes.
I'm not sure how many of the reviews on this site are accurate since I see a lot of repetition in how they are worded ie they sound weirdly identical.
