Benipal seems like a confident and concerned physician. Although his policy of not immediately interacting with me after a colonoscopy screening seemed contrary to what was seemed like standard procedure for this type of testing. The patient was suppose to schedule another appointment to find out the results and the office did not in anyway contact the patient. I guess in the small print of my directions I was to schedule an appointment 2 weeks following the procedure. Lucky nothing serious turned up and I found this out 2 days after the screening from the surgery center, but it makes me wonder if he would even call if something wrong turned up? So much for the personal touch!

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
