I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

The doctor here was very unfriendly and has a terrible bedside manner. I felt so confused when I left his office. He seemed irritated when I asked him questions about my procedure.
