I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there.

Dr. Ruckert was extremely relaxed and professional, letting his positive numbers of success on dental implants speak for themselves. The only problem I had with my experience is the receptionist was a little short with me, answering, "Sure," when I said I had an appointment. I thought it was pretty rude and she never looked me in the eye, but whatever, I'm not going to the dentist to makes friends with an underpaid, bored (most likely single with that attitude) receptionist.

I must have caught them on a difficult day, as the dentist seemed a little stressed, and yet was still very personable and friendly. I waited an hour after my scheduled time before I was called in. Dr Rucket was very knowledgable and thoroughly explained my options, along with the pros and cons of each option. My surgery was completed very briskly, yet was very professionally. I could tell that Dr Ruckert was experienced and could probably do some of his surgeries blind-folded - he's that good
