I will never return to this office, ever! After over an hour of waiting in the cramed waiting room, the rude office staff told me there was a problem with my insurance. After another 30 minutes of battling with the staff, I was finally called back to see the extremely arrogant doctor. Before speaking to me about why I was there, he proceeded to interrogate me about why there was a problem with his staff and didn't seem to care much about the extreme pain I was in. I actually had to leave and not get the procedure because I felt uncomfortable having all of these hostile people around me while I was under anesthesia. I have never been so disappointed or treated so poorly by a doctor's office.

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. And they help you through the billing process before hand by informing you for all the different options and costs and find out what your cost would be after insurance and explain to you what your options are in regards to those costs
