Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They would never suggest that I do something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Gaster is a Professor of Ophthalmology at UC Irvine,( and also has an office in Beverly Hills) and teaches other eye doctors how to do eye surgery. I feel very safe in his hands. Plus he is very calm and reassuring.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. All in all, I adore Dr. Gaster as a doctor. He always makes me feel comfortable and safe in his hands. He answers all of my questions fully and he is just an overall great guy. Plus, I'm someone who cares about what someone gives back to the community. Dr. Gaster has done a lot of volunteer work in third world other countries.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. And Dr. Gaster's treatment is the best. He's the best doctor. In fact, there was this huge banner announcing that he was just named as a Top Doctor in Orange County for 2011. How true.
