I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Dr. Berstein has been great. His office is excellently run. I like all of his staff and he clearly has a great professional relationship with each of them. He helped me to find the right contacts even though in my case it involved several fittings and trial pairs to get the right fit. He is kind and concerned about my health. Highly recommended.
