They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
Dr. Finley went above and beyond. I had a blood vessel break on Saturday, June 18, 2011. She immediately set up an appointment to see me at her office in Ridgefield. Dr. Finlay was extremely knowledgeable and also immediately called Dr. Weber, specialist, and an appointment was set up later in the day by Dr. Weber for Saturday evening of that same date. It is with gratitude that I thank Dr. Finlay for her prompt and caring response.
