Every question I had was answered completely and thoroughly, and the staff is always available if I think of any more questions. Their staff is friendly and welcoming, and very professional. My procedure was explained in detail and the whole experience was made easier and more comfortable by both the doctor and his staff. I am still amazed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

The staff didn't try to help me as much as I was hoping they would. Most of the time, they just ignored me. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
