Had a vasectomy done by Cirulli. It was painful. He had to re numb me halfway through the procedure . I ended up getting sperm gralanoma around the cuts in my tubes. Long story short he abandoned me when there was a hiccup at the pharmacy. He didn't even take the time to review files to solve problem. It has been 1 year since my vas and pain is daily. Cleaveland clinic says I need a reversal due to trapped nerves and a pressure issue. Just waitn on insurance to pay .DO NOT let this man cut on your nuts.

Considering a vasectomy, I visited several doctors. When I met Dr. Cirulli I knew I found the right doctor. He is informative, to the point, and has a good personality. I never felt that he was rushing me or that I was just another nameless patient.

On one occasion I called with a question and he personally called me back the same day with an answer.
