I made an appointment with Dr. Iannuzzi based on the fact that she had treated my now deceased grandmother for Rheumatoid Arthritis, about 25-30 years ago. Upon arriving, I already had a bad feeling about this practice. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and brash. After waiting more than 45 minutes to see the doctor in what appeared to be a completely empty office, Dr. Iannuzzi came in to evaluate me. Her patient care practices were deplorable. She did not show any empathy for my condition, and more than once made indelicate comments about my appearance that were completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I was there to be evaluated for what very well may be Rheumatoid Arthritis. Though my hands are extremely swollen, she kept commenting that she couldn't tell if they were because I am overweight, even after my mother supported me by saying that they are significantly more swollen than usual. The doctor also disregarded the redness in my hands saying that I was so pale that my skin probably gets red from anything at all- and then she grabbed my arm and rubbed it profusely, to prove her point. When told to provide a urine sample for some tests, Dr. Iannuzi handed me a 2 ounce Dixie cup rather than a urine specimen cup, which I found to be ridiculous, unprofessional, and unsanitary. Also, despite my grandmother being a former patient of Dr. Iannuzzi's, the doctor never asked how my grandma had done with dealing with her RA, or anything of the nature, which I found pretty insensitive as well. Needless to say, I will never be returning to her practice, and will be seeking a second opinion.

I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
