I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They didn't make me wait long in the waiting room at all. They called me back to see the doctor a couple minutes after I sat down.
Most importantly, Dr. Di encourages her patients to call if they need anything between appointments and she returns calls to sick patients herself the same day.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm so happy with how my appointment went. They far exceeded my expectations.
