I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I have just reccomended Dr. Chris Teramura to another friend who has tried many different podiatrists who can't seem to help her. He diagnosed me instantly and helped rid me of my foot pain with an orthotic that was made just for me. I have been wearing it for 6 years and don't have pain any longer. Docter Teramura may not remember me but I remember him. I live on the Big Island now, but would be willing to fly back for his services if I needed them.

Was able to get in quickly which was good because my toe hurt! Had an abscess causing an ingrown toenail. Numbed me up, did procedure, and I was out in about 15 minutes. Very caring. Answered all my questions. Explained exactly what I should do for the next 2 weeks. I had a question the next day and was able to talk directly with him. Great experience and results.
