Dr Blacks Office was really nice to my significant other when we came in. The staff up front treated us with respect, remembered our appointment and smiled a lot. Dr. Black himself was excellent with the problem we had and dealt with it properly. I would suggest that if you have a foot problem that you go see him - definitely worth it. Friendly and it seemed like everyone that came in to the office liked him and was well respected by the staff - from all walks of life - so I would give this place a thumbs up!

Dr Black, didn't even diagnose my problem, he had xrays, and examined my foot. He gave me a shot of cortisone...that was it...I had to go to a physical therapist to get my diagnosis and the therapist knew what it was as soon as he saw it!!!!! Morton's neuroma!!!! In the 2 visits I had at Dr. Blacks office, he never gave me a diagnosis. The staff was decent...I will see another podiatrist.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
Since our initial visits, payments were made, both by myself & the insurance. I have made 5 phone calls & 2 letters trying to get anyone(office manager, ins clerk & doctor) to return my calls regarding a refund for our overpayment. Needless to say, I have not received the courtesy of a return call. My next step is the board of inquiry regarding doctor/staff ethics. The unprofessional, apathetic attitude of this staff is beyond understanding.

Office staff is lifeless, rude and either purposely unhelpful of completely unknowledgeable. Dr. Black was great but I will not continue care at this office as I do not wish to deal with girls in this office.
