I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. After seeing several other doctors, who would pass off my foot trouble, Dr. Mazza was able to let me know what it was and has been extremely helpful. He takes the time to explain what is going on and he and his staff are always, welcoming, helpful and professional. I always leave every visit happy that I went. I just got a Cortisone shot and everyone made me a bit apprehensive about the pain, but Dr. Mazza gave it so the pain was not even 1/4 of what I thought it would be. He is a very caring professional. I would recommend him to anybody.
