This dr is cold, uninformative, and rude. I should have gotten my money back. I will be telling my orthopedic surgeon and insurance company not to recommend this guy. He literally stared at me without blinking like he resented my being there! He didn't even look at my feet. I want the best for my own feet and his only answers were that they would only get worse, nothing can be done. I've never left a doctor's office with such a bad experience. He may love his family but he shows no compassion or expertise for his patients.

My experience with this Dr. was the worst thing that could ever happened to my father. My dad being elder was rushed here when injured at work. A metal plate had fallen into his foot. The work place rushed him here to observe the injury and my father was returned home the same day with pain medicine and with gauze's rapped around his foot. He was given an a appointment within a week of his injury.
That's when I became concern after seeing him not healing properly. So I went along for his check up, the nurse had him remove his gauze and her face expression was not good. She then called the Dr. in, and as soon as he came in he told me to rush my father to the ER. Gangrene had developed around his toes. I was trying to be strong for my dad, but I couldn't help it. Tears were dripping as the Dr. told me. My dad being diabetic should of never been sent home with an opened wound, specially around his toe. The Dr. should of told us to take him to the ER since the beginning, he was aware of his condition. It took him months to recover and I thank God that the gangrene did not spread more. He did loose two toes but is fully recovered now. Not only was I young but I did not have the knowledge that I do now about diabetic and their wounds, but I know this foot specialist does. But apparently he did not care much about my dad's well being. I still can't help to sometimes feel guilty, but the thought of this Dr. sending my dad home with pain medicine and gauze's upsets me more. That is why I would never visit them again.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
