Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I really feel like she knows what she is doing and provides the most up to date treatments. Her office is low key and non-stressful.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
