I have Plantar fasciitis and it's been 5 months since I started seeing DR. Cade, I haven't seen a progress with my feet, He told me to exercise 3 times a day, wear a night splint and one celebrex per day plus 2 cortisone shots. He had me on a cast for three weeks he put a cast on my right foot and forgot that my left foot was injured too, so being on crutches hurt my left foot. I spent two weeks on a wheel chair, because i could walk, my left foot was injured and I fell three times while in the cast, I told Dr. Cade and he said that the cast might have protect my right foot when I fell, so it turn out to be that my right foot was injured because of the time I fell. I applied for short term disability and they requested office notes, medical records and some paper to be filled out. I took them a month to send my paperwork. I will call and they will always transfer me to the Dr's assistant, I will leave a message but she would take about a week to two to return my call. I had to be on top of them so they could return my call. Finally they sent the paperwork... Two months later, my short term disability company calls them to request more paperwork and office notes and again it's been a month and they haven't sent anything, I called today Sep. 13, 2010 and they told me that the old assistant quit so they have a new one and they are going to wait for a dictation, and every time I call to see if they have fax the papers requested they always tell me they are waiting for a dictation. I started seeing another doctor, because Dr. Cade and assistant don't care about the patients. The reason I was still with Dr. Cade is because he is the only one that can fill out my (health provider request form) since he is the one that started with my case, and the new doctor wouldn't fill it out because he didn't know my case since the beginning. I am very unhappy with their service I will never recommend a person to him, that is why I am writing this review.

Dr. Cade is great in all capacities. However, my favorite attribute is that he is easy to talk to, listens carefully and really takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. I feel that he really cares about his patients' health.

I would receommend this Doctor to anyone.
