They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
