I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

I went to this podiatrist and yes the wait is long but he only one doctor and takes care of his patients and i also have gone a couple times with ingrown toenail and he found the root of my problem when nobody else could, this lady is probably impatient and unwilling to wait, so with that said have patients woman he is an awesome doctor with years of experience next time you have a foot problem and cant find who to go to, dont go cryin back to dr luis venegas, thank u

I was very upset with this doctor. I had a 1045am appt and didn't get seen till 1220pm. I waited in the room for about 18 minutes and when the Doctor finally showed up it took him all of 11 minutes to talk to me. Very Very upset. There were people there after me that got seen before me. Very POOR MANAGEMENT AND THE RECEPTIONIST DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE THAT WE HAD BEEN THERE OVER TWO HOURS.
