I was very pleased with how friendly and welcoming they were. They made me feel right at home the moment I arrived. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love how much attention to detail they show.

They made sure every single question I had was answered Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. The one thing I was not happy about was the fact I was not told until after that the only way they would take my insurance was if I had some kind of surgery performed that day. I simply had toenails trimmed on two different toes so it was not considered surgery and I had to pay full price for my visit even though I had insurance.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax for a second before my appointment. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
