The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
