If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I have been to this provider twice for my daughters. The first time I waited for 1.5 hours for 5 minutes with Dr. Boyd. Thought it was an anomaly so a year later went back to Dr. Boyd only to have to leave office without treatment after waiting for an hour. Very inconsiderate of patients time which to me seems to directly conflict with the patient bill of rights. This office really should take a look at the patient bill of rights because they are possibly the most blatant offenders I have ever seen and I work in the health care system.
