Dr. Nutter was supposed to straighten out the hammertoes on my right foot. He peformed the surgery and gave me post-op instructions which I followed to the letter. When I went to get my stitches removed, I noticed that two of my toes seemed to be more crooked than they were before the surgery. Dr. Nutter assured me that they were just swollen, which was normal swelling and they would go down. His assistant removed my stitches and one of my toenails was split in half. No one said anything about this healing; only that "it happens sometimes."

My toes look worse than they did before the surgery, but Dr. Nutter got his $39,000 for destroying my toes. It's been a year, and my baby toes is still burning. If I thought I had a solid case I would sue him for every penny that my insurance paid for his butcher work.

I'm sorry I ever set foot in his office.
