They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Durkin is very nice. He took care of the problem with my foot. I am going to call to make another appointment with him for problems with bunions.

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I was very pleased with my treatment. I was there for a simple bunion removal and was treated as if that procedure was as important as if I had loss the use of the foot entirely. The staff was friendly -- helpful -- and accomodating. When the nurse noticed that I had difficulties manuvering with the crutches, she skipped the preliminary exam room and took me directly to the doctor's exam room. She brought her equipment to me. I had a transportation problem the day of the surgery and they were able to adjust the day's schedule to get me in when my ride was available. Dr Durkin listened to what I asked and answered my questions with out making me feel like an idiot or talking down to me. He was also willing to talk "off topic" and laugh at my jokes. I was very comfortable with him. Very gentle hands. Some doctors don't get that part. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a foot problem.
