They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
