Kim makes sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The staff is friendly, which I really appreciated. It made me feel welcome. I will absolutely be returning there again. I would choose them over anyone else in the field in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of OT/PT.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not really, it wasn't very clean
