Office is VERY dirty!!! And he's all about money. Wanted me to bring my daughter in to be seen just for a refill. I don't think so!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.
