Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I wasn't entirely convinced that they had my child's best interest in mind. They didn't seem overly untrustworthy, but I wasn't comfortable bringing my child back. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
