I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen.

The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Excellent staff, up to date equipment and brand new office. Dr. Patel and his PA are great. I rarely have to wait to get an appointment and they are quick and efficient in getting you into to be seen once you are at the office.
