They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
