Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a doctor. His bedside manner is just awful. I found them in the phone book hoping to get more information on my problem rather than just go to my normal doctor but I left not only frustrated but angry at how I was treated simply because I was a paying customer and not one with insurance. I have never in all my life been asked if I wanted the advice he would give a person who had insurance or the advice he would give me cause I didn't have any. I will not return for a follow up but I don't think it would bother him one way or the other. Thanks for nothing Dr. Parson's, I believe it's time for you to retire.

Yes, it was convenient

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
