I had surgery to remove an enlarged lymph node that was non-cancerous that was in my cheek. 6 months later I have two enlarged lymph nodes in the exact area that have pain and swelling everyday. When I went back the the doctor he kept telling me it would go away and this 4th and final time he told me "what do you want me to do about it". I have over $1,000 in cost and I am only 21 with a 2 year old daughter. He would not waive the cost of the surgery that didn't work but made things worse. Also after 5 weeks of have "Dissovable" stiches that wouldn't fall out, he finally told me to come back so he can take them out which should've been done weeks prior, and they had completly started growing into my skin and it was very painful. When I recently went to a different doctor to get a second opinion I recieved my medical records from Dr. Bane's office. I found so many mistakes and lies about what happened at each app. and the wrong medicines I was on, and a couple papers that even said the lymph node what on my right cheek instead of left. Also that I had a low pain tolerance which is very untrue. He was very rude and unfriendly/uncaring throughout the entire processs even before the surgery. Doctors are supposed to truely care about their patient and not about the money.

I have used this docotr for a few years now and he is a very good doctor. Sometimes he is a bit rushed since his office is always full because of his good reputation. He answers all questions and gives you all the time you need and he tells you exactly what to expect. His staff is also very friendly. Great Doctor
