I feel like my experience with Dr Hoyt himself was average. Though he never scheduled a follow up after my sons Tonsil and adenoid surgery,
My experience with his staff was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! His office manager hung the phone up on me. They failed to submit one of our bills to our insurance company and failed to ever bill us. Then 6 months later I started receiving calls from a collection agency. I had no idea what they were talking about. I called the office to simply get a copy of this bill and find out what was going on. The woman was EXTREMELY rude to me. I have never been talked to in the manner she talked to me!!!
