I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt kind of ignored. I wasn't too fond of the office in general. So little, really very old, smelling, looking like falling apart. Made me want to run away. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. Although Dr.J.Lim always took that extra step to make me feel special. I trust with him. And medical equipment they have there does seem to be professional and more than needed in this kind of an office. I could enjoy my appointments here if not the appearance of the office itself.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
