They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

AFTER SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS AND waiting over half an hour each time, I addressed the cause for the delay and was told some patients might have the need for a longer evaluation. Today after making my appointment long in advance of the day, I waited a good 40 minutes. I then asked the office management why I had to wait so long when patients before and after me was being seen. After a few minutes, I was called and was led into an examination room, again to wait another 10 minutes. After waiting an hour and never seeing Dr. Hughes, I decided to up and leave canceling my appointment and any future visits with Dr. Hughes. I can't believe this is the way a patient is treated with no regard, no care, and no apology to boot.
