Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one.
