I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
