Dr. Ness seems very skilled but his staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. If you have end stage renal disease and want someone who is available and has staff who will pull you file or talk to the doctor, GO SOMEWHERERE ELSE! His staff is terrible! Do not expect them to ask your condition, your problem, or anything else...they are robots and do not care. I would only return if he moved and had new staff. They are lazy and inconsiderate that we are patients and we are ILL!!!! We don't just go to the doctor for the heck of it! We depend on these doctor's to help us have decent quality of life and to help us with medical conditions.....

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Ness is very thorough and listens to your concerns. He went out of his way to look up my rare disorder and to help me figure things out. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Very helpful! I recommend them highly!
