I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
