I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. If you're looking for a new OBGYN I recommend you go here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
